“Innovation”. The term is becoming more widely used, with world leaders increasingly looking to develop plans to build a more sustainable, more efficient future. Every innovation is different in terms of goals, processes and the eventual outcome, but each play their part in changing how we go about our everyday lives.
When UK Chancellor Phillip Hammond announced the latest autumn budget, the focus on innovation was made even clearer with an investment of a further £2.3billion into research and development. Working alongside the increasingly important business mantra “innovate or die”, the future looks positive for the development of UK industries in solidifying our place as a powerhouse within the global economy.
